Phillip Baker

Sensei Phillip Baker - rokudan(6th dan) Chief Instructor

Sensei Phillip has over 35 years training experience in Shotokan Karate. During his 30 years of training Phillip has explored other disciplines and organizations giving him a diverse training background but his love and passion lies with Shotokan Karate.

Phillip has taken coaching certification in college as well as completed various karate instructor programs. Phillip has been actively involved as a qualified judge/referee in local, provincial and national tournament events. He is currently a 'B' level accredited judge.

Originally joined JKA (Japanese Karate Association) and then with ISKF (International Shotokan Karate Federation) in 2001. Phillip has been teaching karate since 1995.
